I'm trying to upgrade to the newer version of the software but I forgot my registration details.

You need to contact Acronis Support at support@acronis.com.tw first and provide the support team with the e-mail address you used when the software was purchased. Your registration data will be re-sent to you at that address. If you've moved, you'll need to let support know that as well.
